Watch now | What if...motor neurons don't exist, the brain doesn't act on the body, we don't need "rewiring" and your power to create change lies within - at a soul and spiritual level?
I feel "not smart" when it comes to absorbing science. Part of me is glad, because I have to approach my understanding of health from a different perspective. I have to be very internal and intuitive about it. It's the direction I needed to go to find the answers my body wanted to give. But because I'm changing, I'm getting better at absorbing information and processing it. And it's beautiful to begin to expand my sphere of understanding.
I keep going back to the analogy of water as it relates to health. Healthy minds and bodies can absorb impact and spring back. There's resilience and flow as energies exchange. I can sense that spiritually better than intellectually, so for now I'm still following my intuition on a lot of things, including learning how to increase resilience. I allow life to be my teacher. Rather than just reacting I'm learning to act. But I'm also trusting the process & trusting that I will attract the experiences that will best help me to change. And the most impactful changes come when I act with both body AND spirit. Neither one imposing on the other.
I didn't vote, but I'm really glad this was the topic! Thanks for sharing your wisdom, Elisha.
Hello from Australia. I have a question about collagen rich fascia please. What if your body doesn't make enough collagen eg. is hypermobile & is deficient? Do you have any understanding around this please?
I have a few YouTube videos about this, one is on hypermobility and EDS, and there are a few other videos on fascia and collagen vs fascia and hyaluronic acid, and also one on how fascia reflects your personality.
Amazing..A year course. Do you have any estimate on when there be enrollment? I want to thank you and express my gratitude. I was guided to your videos through debilitating pain (which is just about gone) and now I’m completely obsessed and fascinated with fascia on top of nervous system, etc

Will the school be in person or only online? I really want to join and learn!
