Oh my goodness. I am so excited to have found you. Thank you. You articulate so many of my own thoughts. I'm overwhelmed with agreement and have so much to say, but I'm going to stick with the following: Thank you, I'm so glad to have found you, keep going, and I can't wait for more.

I am so excited to learn more about chem trails and how they're affecting our health and environment. We recently moved from NM to TX and while I don't see as many trails in the sky here (maybe because it's more cloudy more often?) I just can't FEEL good in the sunshine the way I used to at higher elevations in NM and CO. I've dug pretty deep into the weather engineering that's been going on for decades -- these two are intertwined, yes? It's still so frustrating that with all the info and research (and just evidence!) around chemtrails this is still a very taboo, "out there" subject. On another topic, how endlessly fascinating is fascia? I love your approach -- yes! Our souls are intertwined in our (very electric, amazing) bodies! I've read Spark in the Machine to learn more about this beautiful topic -- any other recs?? xoxo

Hi Julie, thank you so much for chiming in on this epic essay 😆 It's really nice to have others like you interested in looking at chemtrails and their effects on us and the planet. I plan to bring on as many guests to the new podcast as I can, to help illuminate this issue. And I'll keep sharing my "citizen science" and observations of them and how they affect me. One thing that feels really powerful to me is when more of us share our experiences, like you sharing that you can't FEEL good in the sun like you used to. I don't either - I feel assaulted, like the light is biting me, and I often feel like an ant under a microscope with the light amplified in a really bad way. As for fascia books, I actually haven't read any. I haven't read Spark, but that looks worth reading. The way I've chosen to study fascia is by studying it in living human beings - by stepping on thousands of people and comparing what I feel, what they feel, their results or lack of results etc. Then, I combine that with scientific papers or PubMed articles that I read online (which I read with a grain of salt, but it's good to know what western science has to say about fascia).

I just finished an article "Pain is the Ticket Out". Out for me is the old matrix that has trapped us for eons and pain (used correctly) is our ticket to freedom. It has certainly been my personal experience.

Elisha, I was so excited to read your post (as you can imagine)! Not too many people approach pain this way and it's exciting to connect with someone the same mindset.

Hi Julie, thanks for being here! I've called myself a pain advocate for almost 15 years, and I wholeheartedly agree that pain is our ticket out (or - through). Curious what article you read? I'd love to check it out. Did you read my 5 part series all about pain, called "Liberating Consciousness From the Body?" It has a theme in it: "pain is protection, the suppression of pain is called trauma." If you haven't read that yet, I think you'll like it :)

Yes I did read it! I loved it. What you put in quotes above is such a powerful insight. I just now am seeing the title though. Consciousness trapped in the body...I'll need to ponder that. I've been interested in the merger of Spirit and matter for years. The 'article' is something I wrote (not published anywhere), I just write my insights down.
