Working with our bodies, we can learn how to separate our subjective world (reflected by the nervous system) from cosmic truths revealed in our fascia, which reflects the objective knowledge field.
Such valuable information and so in line with the other studies I’m involved with!! Whenever I read your posts I want to take notes in the sidelines regarding this alignment but I’m reading it on my phone!! I think I’ll start using my ipad and use the “ note “ function in photos !
Looking forward to joining you on this new journey!!…..just need to find some balance first — refraining from information overload at the present moment. All the best with your continued efforts and keep up the good work- definitely onto Something here! There is definitely strength in numbers !!
Hi Trish, nice to see you here 😊 And thanks for the feedback. I totally get the information overload thing. Would love for you to join when/if it's right for you ♥️
I forwarded you article to a friend....and he is curious and is wondering about a statement you made and would love deeper clarification Elisha -
He states - "From reading what you sent, it all seems to tie back to Love. While she never used the word once, all the examples of what we need to do to be free are connected to loving thoughts, loving self, loving others, loving planet, loving cosmos.
fabric that connects us to all of life; and, in my experience, these powers can only be harnessed “where two or more are gathered.”
I wish she would have elaborated on that statement a little....Im not sure what she means by "where two or more are gathered." because the statement was in reference to connecting to all life.....I mean does connecting to your pet have the same benefit or value as connecting to another person? Or am I totally misreading what she's saying."
Lisa - thanks for forwarding to your friend! Yes, it does all tie back to love. However, it feels very important that today we define it anew (vs defining it by traditional or ancient teachings). To love out of freedom in such a way that all of our deeds in life - all of our actions - are imbued with this love, which is actually very, very difficult. My mission is to define what this means - practically speaking - when it comes to all of the physical pain, family traumas, political unrest, economic instability and environmental destruction we face today.
Rather than thinking if we just conjure the feeling of love we will be doing good, I believe we must know what it means to put that love into practical action in our everyday lives. And to do that in each era of human history requires that we understand the time we're living in, so we can act in an appropriate manner for the time.
As for the question from your friend about "where two or more are gathered" - I'm not 100% sure what your friend is asking in terms of "benefits." What I was describing with my statement was that all the powers we possess originating from the fabric of life can only be harnessed within that social fabric. Powers to heal, evolve and become more free. With this statement, I am indicating that I believe we can only "self heal" what belongs to the nervous system. When it comes to everything else - lymph, blood, organs, fascia, certain types of pain, electromagnetism, light, water, relationships, society, economics, environmental issues, politics - our work lies in developing freedom TOGETHER, in a relational context.
Makes me think of my issue at hand. My neighbor has honey bees and they’re swarming by my pool. They have me killing them with soapy water to avoid th scout bees from going back to the hives and telling the other bees to come to the water source-king short of it my grandson and I are out there “ controlling the matter” but it’s really not aligning with me. Am I to blame for the evolution of the bees becoming angry and/or defensive to protect their species??
I don’t know if this helps but bottom line is we’re a part of nature so YESWe need to align with them .
PS the bee issue is in better control day 3 but now I need to explain to my grandson it’s not ok to kill things for our convenience and yet……. 🙄🥴
For me it's a mix of rescuer (stop damage and tend to) and to understand. It's like being a peace keeper or harmonizer through understanding and caring.
My thought is that blaming and victimizing may come from trauma that still needs tending to, and judging as good or bad instead of letting go and seeking to understand what is. It also may be a learned/copied behavior which could be a generational trauma response.
My thought is that all three have a not understanding side and an understanding side to them with a little bit different focus point.
- Blame vs helping them recognize their part / what they are responsible for and learn and grow
- victimize vs empathize and help them to understand, heal, let go and move forward learning and growing
- rescuing without understanding could lead to being deceived and making an erroneous judgement and enabling / hindering awareness, learning and growing. I believe though that someone could rescue with wisdom and understanding and care for all parties.
I would like to hear more of your thoughts on the rescuer complex. Would you mind sharing when you have time or pointing me to where you already have?
I haven't made it past the first picture, but I'm enjoying your article and look forward to the rest of it.
Wow, I was just talking to a friend earlier today about reality being subjective or objective. Then I googled to see what others thought which helped me to add a missing piece which is perspective.
My current thoughts and understanding is that reality is objective but it becomes subjective when we look at it. By gaining or changing perspectives, we can better understand reality.
I'm not for sure how to know the true reality without perceiving it through some subjective lens.
I look forward to reading your article, and I hope my comment is not completely different than your article. I also look forward to the academy opening up.
I LOVE the visual graphics!! Some who are not avid readers will appreciate the graphics to get the message. I for one also love your Words and where you are going with The Body(matter) to help with integration of the Soul...at least that is how I'm interpreting your perspective, so please ensure to guide me more accurately towards your 'vision' Elisha. I get excited reading you!
Yay - thank you for sharing, Lisa! So - I'm working from the perspective that we are made of body, soul and spirit. The soul and spirit both show up in what we might call "the mind" - with the soul representing what manifests in the mind as a result of our impulses, urges, desires, fears etc, and the spirit showing up as our conscience and the capacity to self witness and think about our own thoughts...recently I wrote about the need for thinking that is free. What I meant by this is thinking that is transformed by the power of the human spirit to rise above the thought-impulses of the soul into consciously developed, spiritualized thinking that originates from our most essential self - our individuality. Our individuality lies hidden beyond the veil of the soul, which appears as our earthly personality. These concepts are taken from the work of Rudolf Steiner, in case you want to go to the source 😊
I truly appreciate this article and how it delineates between the objective and subjective realities. Graphics are fabulous! Thank you so much for this!!
Love the graphics and the ideas. Funny question, where did you create the graphics? I’ve been looking for a place to do so with some of my ideas and this really inspired me. Thank you.

"Victim, perpetrator, rescuer complex"

You're welcome, Marilynn! Glad the visuals are helpful 😊
I also love the visual graphics, and great message, Elisha!!
Hey Chris, you're still here! Nice to see you and thanks for the feedback 😊
I love this quote by Andrew Taylor Still - "The soul of man with all the streams of pure living water seems to dwell in the fascia of his body."
I believe, fascia is the interface to our soul.
LOL - I'm still here! ;)
Love the graphics and the ideas. Funny question, where did you create the graphics? I’ve been looking for a place to do so with some of my ideas and this really inspired me. Thank you.
Hi Chris, glad this inspired you! I really enjoyed making them. I used Canva.
