Dear friends,
What kind of adventure is your soul and spirit calling you towards today?
Before you die, what kinds of risks do you want yourself to take so that you don’t die with the regrets of a longed-for life that wasn’t even pursued?
There is a version of you that would be content to keep playing it safe; to stay inside your comfort zone…even if that comfort zone is also painful.
You know exactly what kind of person you have been, and are now - the good, the bad, and the ugly.
You also know what you are capable of.
And, though I may not know you personally, I know that you long to actualize your full potential while you are here on this planet.
Maybe you long to experience healthier relationships that are based in honesty, trust and devotion to mutual thriving. Maybe you long to be more courageous (and only you know what that entails). Maybe you long to quit your job and pursue something more noble, or personally fulfilling. Maybe you long for a simpler life closer to nature.
No matter where this email finds you today, there is who you are capable of becoming; and there is who you are choosing to be with your daily thoughts and behaviors. And if these two versions of you are not in alignment, then you probably feel tortured inside.
Perhaps you feel constrained by some external or internal force. Perhaps you feel weak or helpless in the face of some addiction or habit. Perhaps you are simply comfortable, and though you are bored and restless and longing for adventure, you just can’t bring yourself to risk what you currently have.
If any of this describes you, then I believe you are in need of a really good story. Stories ignite the human spirit like the torch relay at the Olympic games.
We need to witness the tragic, heroic and triumphant deeds of others to feel sufficiently tethered to our shared humanity; and to be reminded of the indomitable spirit alive within us all.
There are some people who choose to take immense risks with their lives, in order to discover what they’re truly made of. Those who survive bring back stories that spark our imaginations, stir our hearts and awaken our slumbering spirit.
has one of the most remarkable life stories I’ve ever heard, and she is one of the most courageous people I know. Her extraordinary story has inspired me to step outside my comfort zone more often; to confront my own struggles with a little more courage; to think bigger; and to work hard for something meaningful alongside others doing the same.
There is no freedom for any of us without calling on the power of the human spirit.
May the bright flame of Reinette’s spirit be the spark you need to know why you are here on this planet, and to pursue the longings of your soul with every fiber of your being.
With love,
Elisha

Facing the Storm: Alaskan Explorer and Controversial Covid Mayor | Reinette Senum
Reinette takes us on a journey through a tumultuous childhood as an adopted child that ultimately called her to pursue a dangerous but inspiring mission: a solo crossing of the frozen Yukon river in Alaska. This adventure led to an almost unfathomable ending, in which she discovered long buried karmic connections that finally gave her answers about her birth mother and ancestral lineage.
Reinette was mayor of Nevada City, California when Covid happened and she quickly became one of the most censored individuals on the internet for her outspoken efforts to speak truth and advocate for freedom.
Her primary mission right now is to save our skies and our health from the devastating effects of weather modification and geoengineering. I’ve donated to her campaign, and plan to bring her back to the podcast for a deep dive into this important topic.
